Dan: What is your biggest goals at powerlifting or benchpress?
Dave Mannering:....I still want to total 825, 11 times bodyweight as a master.

Dan:Where are you training?
Dave Mannering:.....I train at our newly named daves cave gym in Maidstone.

Dan: What is your training split?
Dave Mannering:......i train twice a day Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Monday = Legs & assistance. Wednesday = Bench, tri's, delts & assistance. Friday = Dead lift, latts, bi's, rotator cuff & assistance

Dan: What is your favourites nutrition supplements and is it important for you?
Dave Mannering:.......My favourite supplements are all from CNP, mainly pro peptide and creatine.

Dan: What about food?
Dave Mannering:......I mainly eat tuna, rice and vegatables.

Dan:Have you regular training partners?
Dave Mannering:......I probably have a different set of training partners each year.

Dan: Why you choose the Folkestone WPC event?
Dave Mannering:.....I love lifting at Alans Collins events, they're always well run.

Dan: Is music important for you at attempts and if so which?
Dave Mannering:........I do like music when i lift, prodigy or guns n roses.

Dan: What is your goal for Folkestone?
Dave Mannering:.....I want to have a run out at Folkestone lol.
